If you are a soccer fan, today is your day. The unofficial World Cup championship game is underway, as host nation Germany is squaring off against Italy in the semifinals. Not to take anything away from Portugal and France (well, maybe France), but this game should be the best of the tournament. Giddyup!By the way, GO GERMANY!

ReplyDeleteRT - I was royally pissed when that goal went in, but you gotta admit, it was a terrific shot! They deserve to go to the finals.
It is ashame that the corruption issues of the team clubs seems to overshadow their success a bit.
ReplyDeleteBoth sides played a close match. Lots of near misses. Hopefully it won't come down to kicks for them like it did in Los Angeles.
It's a shame that people in the United States give a crap about a sport that a bunch of cuntries that hate us point to and say it is too nuanced for us simple minded americans to grasp.
