I mean, with the endorsement of the nation's worst mayor, the Hill-dabeast might as well start picking out china patterns for the White House . .

Senator Hillary Clinton has the endorsement of Philadelphia Mayor John Street in her bid for the Democratic presidential nomination.

Clinton is one of several Democratic presidential hopefuls in Philadelphia Monday. She, former Senator John Edwards and Senator Christopher Dodd are to speak at the convention of the National Education Association. Senator Barack Obama plans to speak to the convention on Thursday. (H/T - CBS3)

This is a huge win for the Cankles Campaign! I mean John Street has been receiving a lot of press lately, what with Philadelphia's 205th homicide, his sitting in line for an iPhone, and generally fiddling while Rome burns. All this as he proclaimed "The brothas ans sistas are running the city! The brothas and sistas are in charge!" Hell, most libs probably think that Street is a victim here.

I would ask, "What the hell is Bill Clinton's wife thinking?," but this is straight out of the liberal Democrat playbook. Pander to the African-American community by schmoozing the endorsement of a racist, inept black mayor. I'm surprised she's not meeting with Ray Nagin tomorrow.
