Meet Aleksandra Miroslaw of Poland. Aleksandra's sport is speed climbing, and yesterday she won the gold medal by destroying every one who tried to best her.

Aleksandra Maria Mirosław née Rudzińska (born February 2, 1994 in Lublin ) - Polish competitor practicing sport climbing , specializing in speed climbing . Two-time world champion in this discipline (2018, 2019 ), three-time junior world champion (2009, 2011 and 2013). Participant of the Olympic Games ( 2020 , 2024 ). Olympic champion in speed climbing ( 2024 ). Current world record holder in speed climbing (6.06 s).

So yeah, she's really good at her craft. I watched her win the gold, and she's really amazing.

Her smile said it all. When she got to the bottom of the climb she completely broke down and started crying, since she never thought she would get the gold.

Well, it took a while to get to a U.S. athlete, but I finally got one. Meet Nevin Harrison, wo earned a gold medal in the Canoe Sprint. The 22-year old is a beast in the water and is a two-time World Champion.

Nevin obviously takes care of her body, but when she gets into the water, she's all business.

Nevin won the gold medal in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. I have no doubt she'll be pushing for another gold medal.
