Happy 2nd birthday to the family’s favorite daredevil.The kid who recklessly jumps from the top steps into Daddy’s waiting arms, who begs to be thrown high in the air for kicks and giggles, and who always manages to kick Daddy in the groin during both.
(And yes, he was born the day after Mommy's birthday.)

Sk - Yeah, give him a football or baseball and he's quiet.
AFW - Kyle was the same way. He actually dropped me a few times recently "by accident."

ReplyDeleteOne time Joecools daughter did the groin kickin'thing. As he laid on the floor sweating, she so sweetly said " Be tough Daddy, be tough." (his advice to the kids when they get an ouwy)

ReplyDeleteI remember when my boy was that age I got to experience possibly the most painful thing in my life. He decided to climb onto Daddy's lap by hoisting himself up by a handful of pubic hair. I was on the phone with a client at the time but couldn't contain the shreik. The guy on the other side of the conversation thought I'd been attacked by wolves or something.
