Ocelot was a punk. What self-respecting villain goes around ricocheting bullets off of walls and crap? It's kind of like Random Task throwing his shoe. Any villain played by Ray Parks (Darth Maul, Toad, The Headless Horseman) rocks!
But Metal Gear's Revolver Ocelot is a kickass villain.
