Hockey Night In Philadelphia

Believe it or not, I'm starting to enjoy taping our hockey games. It gives me something to do, and it takes my mind off the fact that I was recently told that it'll be at least six more weeks before I can strap on the skates. Plus, Vinnie said that he hustled during every shift because he thought he was being taped. he didn't want to look bad. Now, that's motivation!

Last night's game finally gave us the chance to show off our firepower. There were goals aplenty, and Badger kept a lot of the opposing shots out of the net. Speaking of The Badger, you can click HERE to see what he does when the puck isn't in his zone.

Of course, since I don't want him to strike me with his goalie stick, I better show some footage of him making a few saves. You can see that by clicking HERE. Our team is in the darker blue. The opposition is wearing teal. Side note: Fish is playing defense here, and is wearing #23. Sorry about the shaky camera in this shot.

Next we have footage of my brother, Randal Graves scoring a key goal in the second period. He is wearing #4 in the white helmet . . .

Randal (#4) scores with an assist from Mike (#3).

And last, but certainly not least, here's some footage of Vinnie doing the unthinkable: matching his uniform. He's playing center here (#4) and I had to make up for me missing his great defense in the second period. Sorry, Vin!

Vinnie is styling and profiling in this clip.

Overall, it was a great showing from Tony's Place. We won the game by a score of 6-4, and improved our record to 1-1. Our next game isn't until the beginning of November, so it'll be nice to rest on these laurels. Good job, boys!
