The NBA: It's Cheat-tastic!

You've got to be kidding me. Who is cheating on this?
NEW YORK (AP) -- Tony Parker says he's not a double dribbler.

The San Antonio Spurs star and his wife, Eva Longoria, issued a statement Wednesday night defending their marriage against claims by a French model that she had an affair with Parker in September.

"I love my wife," Parker, 25, said in the statement from Longoria's spokeswoman, Liza Anderson. "She's the best thing in my life, and I have never been happier."

"Tony has been nothing short of the perfect husband," said the 32-year-old actress, who stars on ABC's "Desperate Housewives."

Alexandra Paressant made the allegations in an interview with celebrity gossip Web site X17. (H/T - CNN.com)
Normally, I would give the guy the benefit of the doubt. That's required under The Code: the simple rules that all men live by. Unfortunately, The Code was not written with NBA players in mind, since they ruin the curve for the rest of us. (Wilt Chamberlain, Kobe Bryant) Until some evidence is brought forward, however, I'll believe Tony. There are always lunatics around who gravitate toward the rich and famous. Paressant just may be one of those lunatics.

Of course, if Paressant is telling the truth, then congratulations Tony Parker: you just replace Britney Spears as the dumbest person in America.
