Man Busted For Subway Stale Bread Rage

A patron who was “visibly upset about the hardness of the bread used for his sandwich” struck a Subway employee in the face, according to police who arrested the man for battery in the latest episode of fast food rage plaguing the country.
Investigators say that Roy McIntosh, 43, arrived Tuesday morning at a Subway in Wildwood, Florida and confronted a male employee with his bread beef.
During a “brief verbal interaction,” McIntosh “suddenly struck [the worker] across the left side of his face with an open hand.” When a responding officer spoke with the victim, the cop “observed visible redness and slight swelling to the left side of his face consistent with being struck.”
According to an arrest report, surveillance footage recorded McIntosh striking the worker, who “immediately stepped backward in apparent shock.”
Hard to believe this man would slap an employee with a Subway bread.
