Two NYPD Officers Assassinated

Officers Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos were shot point blank in the head as they sat in their patrol car. The officers were working overtime on an anti-terror drill when they were murdered.

Two uniformed NYPD officers were shot dead Saturday afternoon as they sat in their marked police car on a Brooklyn street corner — in what investigators believe was a crazed gunman’s assassination-style mission to avenge Eric Garner and Michael Brown.

“It’s an execution,” one law-enforcement source said of the 3 p.m. shooting of police officers Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos.

Ismaaiyl Brinsley, the filthy murderous animal, killed himself when approached by responding officers. Incredibly, Brinsley posted his intentions on his Instagram account.

“I’m Putting Wings on Pigs Today,” [Brinsley] wrote on Instagram in a message posted just three hours before the officers were shot.

“They Take 1 Of Ours…Let’s Take 2 of Theirs,” the post continued, signing off with, “This May Be My Final Post.”

The murders come only days after New York City Mayor Bill De Blasio met with Eric Garner protestors, some of whom chanted, "What do we want? Dead cops!"

Those people got what they wanted for Christmas. For the families of Officers Liu and Ramos, Christmas will never be the same again. A few Facebook friends of mine have asked my opinion of this despicable, devastating crime. Personally, I think this is simply the beginning. I think police officers across the nation have targets on their backs, and I believe some of the blame lies at the feet of race-baiting pot-stirrers like Al Sharpton, Eric Holder, and yes, even Barack Obama. I believe things will get worse before they get better, and I hope my fellow officers take extra precautions while on and off duty.

As Sean Connery said in The Untouchables, "The first rule of law enforcement is make sure when your shift is over you go home alive.

  2. You are correct Copper. This is going to continue to get worse. Misters Sharpton, Jackson, Holder, De Blasio, and Obama guaranteed that when they condemned the Police for doing their job. It is pretty much open season on Cops, and I am scared to death for all of them. Stay safe out there!

  3. "There is a problem with white cops shooting black males in our country"...so let's shoot an Asian and a Hispanic cop!
    What a scumbag!

  4. At first I was so saddened by the killing of these two officers, now I am just pi$$ed. And, I personally am laying blame at the feet of Sharpton, deBlasio, Obama and Holder. These clowns need to shut up, do their jobs, or in the case of Sharpton pay your back taxes and just go away. This takes me back to the 60's and 70's and it was not a pleasant time. I have many friends in law enforcement and they protect and serve us day in and day out. I am keeping all of them and their families in my prayers. Please accept my thanks for all you do day in and day out.

  5. Rick - He certainly had no problem embracing the protestors.

E.L. - One more killed today and another shot multiple times in two separate incidents...

Proof - It's a shame we didn't get to put the bullet in his head.

Metoo - Thank you. We're already hearing warnings from the brass to expect copycats. Luckily for me, I am off until next week.

  6. I don't suppose we'll see #policelivesmatter trending on Twitter any time soon. Not to mention any symbolic protests by the various A-listers that've been flashing the hands-up sign or wearing "I can't breath" T-shirts. The a$$holes who posture themselves as our "betters" in this country make me want to puke.

  7. John - I was up until 3am last night reading Twitter and raging. They aren't worth my time, but I read their pablum, anyway.
