Ya know, I'm a Rangers fan and even I couldn't believe what I saw last night. By the third period, Flyers goalie Robert Esche couldn't save coupons! Oh well, it's still great to have hockey back.
I kind of giggled at the news people here when they suggested that Nashvegas had a shot at the Cup... but I chalked the remark up to it being local news. I could SO handle going to lots of playoff games, though, so I'm pulling for them, except when they play my Devils! (I'm shopping for horns and face paint already!)
One paper had the Nashville Predators predicted to be in the Stanley Cup. What the hell happened to hockey?
